Returns

• Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items from the following collections are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Sake
  • Food
  • Event

Return Shipping

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at jun@tableconcepts.com.sg. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
