Grown on steep slopes of schist and sandstone, this 2021 vintage is a wine of immense purity and structure. It is bone-dry, vibrantly fresh, and possesses a "vertical" minerality that makes it a favorite among sommeliers and seekers of terroir-driven wines.

Appearance - Luminous straw yellow with a silver rim.
Nose - An aromatic paradox. Initially tight and flinty, it opens into layers of green apple, quince, and white peach, with sophisticated undertones of ginger, beeswax, and damp stones.
Palate - Remarkable "energy" and tension. The palate is bone-dry and precise, offering a tactile mineral grip. As it breathes, hints of citrus peel and honeysuckle emerge, balanced by a long, saline finish.
