Tatenokawa: Drawing Out the Charm of Junmai Daiginjo (Event)

Get to know the first Junmai Daiginjo-only brewery in the Ginjo Kingdom of Yamagata directly with Tatenokawa's Sake Specialists Mari Nakai and Naomi Obata, and Master Sake Sommelier Janice Chi (Co-founder of Ishinomaki Grill & Sake). Look forward to a tasting of 5 Tatenokawa sakes paired with traditional cuisines lovingly crafted with seasonal ingredients by Chi Pin Han (Chef-owner of Ishinomaki Grill & Sake).

With the conviction, “Brewing fine sake that is easy to understand and attracts both sake connoisseurs and novices.” Tatenokawa Shuzo strives to craft Junmai Daiginjo that never loses its charm by balancing clarity, softness and depth since its establishment in 1832.

The number of seats to this event are kept small due to the restaurant’s limited capacity.
